CETconnect - Proud PartnersAbout 4C for ChildrenThe mission of 4C is to improve the quality, effectiveness and accessibility of early childhood education and care in the region so every child has a positive experience and a foundation for success in school and life. 4C was founded in 1972 to coordinate child care services for children.
